Scope

These terms govern the use of Bytsecure services, including the Sovereign AI platform and on-premise deployments. By registering or signing a contract, you fully accept these terms.

Usage Model

Freemium: Basic access is free with a limit of 5 questions per day. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges.

Enterprise (On-Premise): For organizations wanting full deployment on their own infrastructure, we offer annual contracts covering installation, customization, and technical support.

Third-Party Systems

The platform may interact with external APIs and systems (ERP, CRM, accounting). Bytsecure bears no responsibility for delays or outages of third-party systems.

AI Output Responsibility

Autonomous systems produce results based on available data. The user bears final responsibility for verification and approval, especially for financial transactions. Human-in-the-loop approval is recommended.

Intellectual Property

The code, design, and architecture of Bytsecure are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Data and customizations within the client's infrastructure belong exclusively to the client.

Accounts and Deletion

Users may request account deletion at any time. After 12 consecutive months of complete inactivity, Bytsecure reserves the right to deactivate or delete the account.
